2. Mix up your calorie intake. To mix up your diet take one day out of the week and increase your calorie intake by 25%. For instance, if you typically eat 1,600 calories a day boost your calorie intake to 2,000. You might notice a slight increase in water weight but the corresponding boost to your metabolism will easily disperse this and you will notice that your weight drops every week.
